Here at INDAM, our mission revolves around ensuring that every seed that passes through our doors meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Founded in 1999 by Dr. Manmohan Attavar, our seed testing laboratory has evolved into a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology and staffed by dedicated experts committed to agricultural excellence.
At INDAM, we understand that the quality of seeds is fundamental to successful agriculture. Our commitment begins with meticulous sampling—ensuring that each sample accurately represents its respective seed lot. This attention to detail is crucial as it directly influences the accuracy and reliability of our test results.
We were India's First ISTA-accredited Seed Testing Lab since October 2002. Our Seed Testing Lab successfully underwent re-accreditation in 2023, reaffirming our role as a leader in seed quality assurance and testing.
Our INDAM Seed Laboratory provides extensive services tailored for the seed industry, including Orange International Seed Lot Certificates (OIC), Blue International Seed Sample Certificates (BIC), and detailed Seed Analysis Reports. These certifications are crucial for facilitating international seed trade, ensuring adherence to global standards and enabling seamless transactions across borders.
Following the guidelines set by the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA), we conduct a comprehensive range of tests. From assessing moisture content and physical purity to evaluating germination potential and vigour, every test is performed with precision and consistency. These tests not only meet but often exceed industry standards, ensuring that our clients receive the most reliable seed quality assessments available.
