As APSA 2024 approaches, we, at INDAM, are gearing up for an exciting and impactful presence at the 29th Asian Seed Congress in Sanya, Hainan, China, from December 2-6.
This annual gathering, organised by the Asia & Pacific Seed Alliance (APSA) alongside the China National Seed Trade Association (CNSTA) and the Sanya Government, is the most significant event on the Asia and Pacific seed industry calendar, making it the perfect platform for advancing innovation and collaboration in our industry.
Since the very first Congress in 1994 in Chiang Mai, Thailand, APSA has consistently brought together leading voices in agriculture, research, and seed production across the region. Key cities like New Delhi, Brisbane, Shanghai, Jakarta, and Ho Chi Minh City have hosted this dynamic gathering, each one helping foster an international exchange of ideas, research, and solutions aimed at strengthening food security. The upcoming event in Sanya at the Mangrove Tree Resort World Convention Centre continues this tradition, and INDAM is proud to be a part of it.
Our team is actively scheduling meetings and sending out invites to new and established clients alike, ensuring that our trading table, T01, is the place to be for innovative ideas, strategic partnerships, and meaningful discussions. This event provides us with a vital opportunity to not only showcase INDAM’s latest offerings but also to exchange valuable insights on seed quality, new farming practices, and the future of the seed industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
At our trading table, you’ll find a deep dive into INDAM’s most recent hybrid varieties, with an emphasis on quality, adaptability, and resilience—traits that make them well-suited to diverse farming conditions across the Asia-Pacific. This year, we’re especially excited to discuss advancements in hybridisation and crop resilience and our dedication to supporting farmers with seeds that meet the unique challenges of their regions.
The APSA Congress is a true meeting of minds, bringing together policymakers, scientists, agricultural innovators, and industry leaders from around the world. Our team looks forward to building lasting relationships, sharing our vision for sustainable agriculture, and discussing the impact of hybrid seed technology in promoting food security across the region.
As we finalise our preparations, we look forward to meeting with everyone passionate about advancing agriculture and contributing to a more sustainable future. We invite you to visit us at Table T01, where we’ll be ready to discuss ideas, explore collaborations, and pave the way for an even more resilient seed industry.
